One visit or a regular schedule
A one-time cleaning works well before guests arrive, after a busy few weeks, or when you want to see how we work before setting up regular visits.
If you want the house to stay that way, we can come weekly, every other week or on another schedule. See recurring house cleaning.
If the home has not had a thorough cleaning in a while, start with a deep cleaning and switch to regular visits after that.
Houses, apartments, condos and townhomes
We clean single-family houses, twins and rowhomes, apartments, condos and townhomes, including occupied rentals.
In an apartment building, let us know about parking, elevators or building rules so we can plan the visit.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring the products and equipment. If you want us to use your own products on certain surfaces, tell us.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave us access instructions, which we set up with you by phone. Please don't send keys or alarm codes through the website.
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the home, the rooms you want cleaned and how often we visit. Send us the details and we will give you a price for your home.
Do you clean apartments?
Yes. Apartments, condos and townhomes are cleaned the same way as houses.
