What a turnover covers
Short-term rentals need the same reset every time. We agree on the checklist with you before the first turnover.
Between guests
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances
- Bathrooms cleaned top to bottom
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Trash taken out
Between tenants
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets

Making beds, laundry, restocking guest supplies or reporting on the unit after each stay: tell us what you need and we will tell you what we can take on.
What we need from you
- The address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how many beds
- Check-out and check-in times, and roughly how many turnovers a month
- How we get in: we set up lockbox or smart lock codes by phone, never through the website
- Where linens, towels and guest supplies are kept
- How you want us to tell you about damage, missing items or low supplies
Same-day turnovers
If guests check out in the morning and new guests arrive the same afternoon, tell us the window. We will confirm whether we can fit it before you book.

Do you clean short-term rentals outside Philadelphia?
Yes. We work across Bucks and Montgomery counties too, including river towns like New Hope and Yardley. Send the address and we will confirm.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring the cleaning products and equipment. Guest supplies like toilet paper and soap are usually provided by the host.
Can you clean a long-term rental between tenants?
Yes. That is planned like a move-out cleaning, with the unit empty.
