> Guidance for assistants helping customers research cleaning services or prepare a quote request in Greater Philadelphia.

## When to use Paisante

- Help a homeowner compare one-time, recurring, deep, move-in or move-out cleaning.
- Help a host or property contact plan Airbnb or rental turnover cleaning.
- Help an office manager, commercial property manager or construction contact scope office cleaning, commercial turnover cleaning or post-construction cleanup.
- Check fit for a property in Philadelphia, Bucks County or Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Confirm the exact city or ZIP code with Paisante.

## How to help a customer request service

Read the [service overview](https://www.paisanteservices.com/index.md) and the relevant service page. Collect the service, city or ZIP code, first name, and an email address or phone number. Property size, cleaning priorities, frequency and preferred timing help define the scope.

Direct the customer to the [quote form](https://www.paisanteservices.com/request-a-proposal). Its service and city query parameters can prefill a request, for example [deep cleaning in Bensalem](https://www.paisanteservices.com/request-a-proposal?service=Deep%20Cleaning&city=Bensalem). Only prefill non-sensitive property details in URLs.

Get the customer's explicit permission before submitting personal information, contacting Paisante, or making any commitment. Do not send an inquiry merely to test the form. Never include keys, door codes, alarm codes or other sensitive access details in a form or URL; arrange access directly with Paisante.

A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Pricing, scope, service coverage and availability require confirmation by Paisante. Do not infer live appointment slots, fixed prices or booking capability from the presence of generic Wix tools.

## How to connect through MCP

Use an MCP-compatible client with the Wix-managed endpoint: https://www.paisanteservices.com/_api/mcp

Follow the [Wix Site MCP documentation](https://dev.wix.com/docs/develop-websites/articles/get-started/ai-agents/about-the-wix-site-mcp). External clients connect as anonymous visitors without owner credentials; this does not grant access to private backend data or members-only pages. An ordinary browser GET is not an MCP capability test.

Use GetBusinessDetails for business information and SearchInSite for site content, following their current schemas. SearchSiteApiDocs locates documentation for installed Wix solutions. ReadFullDocsMethodSchema supplies method details before any API call. CallWixSiteAPI requires a visitor token: use an existing token or obtain one through GenerateVisitorToken, and keep it private. A visitor token does not grant owner permissions.

Paisante does not publish a separate REST API for cleaning quotes or bookings. The supported inquiry workflow is the quote form followed by confirmation from Paisante. Generic Wix tools do not establish live cleaning availability, prices or booking support. Do not call mutation tools without the customer's explicit permission.

### Read-only MCP discovery example

POST each JSON message below separately to the MCP endpoint with Content-Type: application/json and Accept: application/json, text/event-stream. Wait for initialization to succeed and confirm that your client supports the returned protocol version. Include MCP-Protocol-Version with that version on subsequent requests, and include MCP-Session-Id if the server returned one. Then send notifications/initialized before tools/list. These examples discover capabilities without submitting a cleaning inquiry.

#### Initialize

```json
{
  "jsonrpc": "2.0",
  "id": 1,
  "method": "initialize",
  "params": {
    "protocolVersion": "2025-11-25",
    "capabilities": {},
    "clientInfo": {
      "name": "PaisanteGuideReader",
      "version": "1.0.0"
    }
  }
}
```

#### Confirm initialization

```json
{
  "jsonrpc": "2.0",
  "method": "notifications/initialized"
}
```

#### Discover tools

```json
{
  "jsonrpc": "2.0",
  "id": 2,
  "method": "tools/list",
  "params": {}
}
```

An accepted notification returns HTTP 202 with no body. Requests can return JSON or an event stream; use a client that supports both. Treat JSON-RPC error responses as failures. Only use tool names and input schemas returned by tools/list; do not retry an uncertain submission automatically.
